We Have Heard Our Pilot's Name..

... is Jake Yockers

I love this man. Thank you for taking a stand and doing the right thing when no one else would listen.

Thank you for listening to your conscience.

Thank you for being THE MAN today.

Thank you for risking things for these babies who couldn't speak loud enough for anyone to listen to them. Thank you for being their voice and their symbol and literally LIFTING THEM HOME.

You are my hero. You are my son's hero. You are our hero.

I know you probably wouldn't want the attention - but I want people to know that you are a man among men.

Thank you for being an example for all of us.

We love you and we thank you for bringing our people home.

You said it. What an amazing man. I'm so glad they are headed home.

he seems a man that cares more for others than for himself, so he probably wouldn't want all the attention...that said, in our current world culture, we give praise and attention to people for no reason..so why not to a man who stood up for the helpless?

He is my hero as well. Thank you Mr. Yockers. Nathan's grandma Rosenlof will be ever in your debt. Thank you also to Lori for all her hard work and endless hours coordinating on of this while Cherayl was on the ground with Brent, Scott and the kids. You are also my hero. I love you!

Mr. Yockers,
I pray that Brent and Lori will show you this blog.
Last night, when we were told our grandson would not be coming home on that plane...when it seemed that our children spent money they could ill afford to lose...when it seemed that everything was falling apart...I thanked God for His awesome timing and plan and I prayed His glory would shine through this dark time.
God used you to shine through. The minute I heard that you took a stand for my grandson and all the others, I nodded my head and thanked God for His work through you.
Last year there was a pilot by the name of "Sully" who saved an entire plane full of passengars. He was truly a hero, but didn't think of himself as that.
This year, there is a new "Sully." You are that hero...because you stood up for our kids and let God work through you!
God Bless You...Julie Busic
