A Sneek Peak At Malot's High School Dance Pictures

My son is short.

He can't help it - he's malnourished and he has bugs in his gut.

But there's something about these shots with our friend, Destina, that just makes me chuckle.

I spent my life as "the tall girl". My son will have a very different experience.

I think there is too much emphasis put on height. Where is it written down that the boy has to be taller than the girl? I think his school dance photos will be just fine but lets remove the bugs in Malot's tummy and replace it with some good food. After growing up with you and Brent, he will have so much personality that nobody will care about his height.

these are funny! i was always the tall girl, too. i have a dance picture where i am bending my knees down to try to be the same height as my date. haha. malot is so handsome, girls won't care whether he is tall or not! andre is about average for his age right now but his birth mom barely hits 5 feet so i don't know what his chances are of being tall like his parents or sisters either, but we'll see.

He's just way too cute to think about tall or short!

And, I cannot get over how beautiful Destina is!

Lori - we'll come visit you and my Big Guy can hang out with Malot. They will probably be the same height. Ask Lea - she'll tell you about my Big Guy and his birth mother's height. I worry because his siblings will be MUCH taller - so we try to be very nonchalant about height in our family. The important things is Malot (and my Big Guy) have major personality - which will make all the difference.

I cant get over how beautiful your little Jessica is.
