Continued Prayers, Please....

My sweet friends found out today that the birth parents of the twin girls have decided to keep the babies. It's excruciating to go through this rollercoaster called adoption. Please keep Jason and Leslee in your thoughts and prayers.

How heartbreaking for them! The road of adoption is rarely easy right???

I have been there and walked in their shoes. No words really bring comfort right now, only know there are people who you can lean on and have a shoulder to lend you to cry on. I also found great comfort in milkshakes and butterfingers, but that is just me and now I have the thighs to prove it.

oh no. how sad and difficult. i'm glad that they have friends like you who can truly empathize with their pain. why can't adoption just ever be smooth? i mean i know sometimes it is because i've worked with lots of people whose adoptions just went through with out a hitch. but it sure seems like most of us lose babies one or another before we finally get our babies and it is so heartwrenching. my prayers are with them.

That is so so awful. That really sucks - in a "not possible to explain" depressing way. Your poor, sweet friends. You almost want to be furious at the birth mother, but you know you cant. So sorry.
